In the rare event a customer receives a defective product the customer will be required to send their product to the proper evaluator. Example: If a product is purchased that offers a manufacturer's warranty the product would be sent to the manufacturer for replacement. If a product does not offer a manufacturer's warranty, then the product is sent to the distributor for replacement. If there is no replacement available the value paid is what will be reimbursed to the purchaser. All defective products must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product and sent to the distributor within 30 days of purchase for reimbursement.
